12 Things, Must do Before Going To Bed



1.    Always brush your teeth before going to bed. If possible, take a shower.

2.    Read at least 10 pages of a book. If it is nonfiction, well and good.

3.    Do stretches before you hit the bed. This will relax your muscles and will help you get a good sleep.

4.    Always keep a note and a pen near your bed. Sometimes life changing ideas strike your brain at 2 in the morning.

5.    Drink a glass of water before sleep. If not, at least do this as the first thing the next morning.

6.    Write 3 things for which you are grateful for. Write a journal to keep track of your day. Note down your expenses.

7.    Pick the clothes you are going to wear the next day.

8.    Pack your bag for tomorrow's work. Make sure you don't miss any important document required for the next day's meeting.

9.    Just spend 10 minutes not thinking about anything.
